As we expand our digital footprint, we're seeking a results-driven Google & YouTube Ads Specialist to drive our paid-media strategy.

What You'll Do
  • Plan & Execute Campaigns: Build, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube video ad campaigns tailored to our products and target audiences.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with our videographer and design team to develop high-impact video and display creatives.
  • Optimization & Testing: Continuously A/B-test ad copy, thumbnails, audiences and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Keyword & Audience Research: Identify high-potential keywords, topics, and affinity audiences to capture demand.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) using Google Analytics and Ads; prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and pace ad budgets across channels to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with the latest Google Ads and YouTube Ads best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years managing Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Tiktok ads & Meta Ads for e-commerce
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio (or similar BI tools).
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into optimizations.
  • Creative Flair: Understanding of what makes video and display ads engaging—especially for lifestyle and décor audiences.
  • Communication: Excellent English (and/or Urdu) writing skills to craft compelling ad copy.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • We will prefer the candidate from Faisalabad city.
