Criteria to Apply:

We're looking for senior professionals, entrepreneurs, and industry experts having:

  • 20–30 years of professional/project experience with proven leadership.
  • National/International recognition and contributions in their fields.
  • Strong background in consulting, innovation, and policy initiatives.
  • A passion for teaching, mentorship, and bridging academia with industry.
  • Experience in developing business models, securing funding, or running independent ventures.
  • Preferably, international work exposure and professional honors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree (18 Years) in the relevant field. Engineers must be registered with PEC (Professional Engineer).
  • Technical Fields: Professionals must be registered with relevant accreditation bodies, where every necessary
  • Publications: Not mandatory, but preferred.
  • Leadership: Proven track record in consultancy, innovation, and leading roles within industry or professional associations.
  • Desirable: International exposure, industry awards, training experience, and collaboration with academic or government bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching & Mentorship: Deliver practice-based instruction and guide senior-level students.
  • Industry Collaboration: Bring live cases, internships, job opportunities, and professional insights into the classroom.
  • Research Integration: Support applied research, policy impact, and innovation.
  • Service Contribution: Contribute to curriculum development and strategic university initiatives.

Terms of Appointment

  • Contract: Initial 1-year, extendable based on performance.
  • Time Commitment: Full-time or part-time
  • Compensation: Competitive, based on expertise and market benchmarks.
