Job Description:

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile application projects. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in project management within the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of mobile application projects from inception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Support the testing and quality assurance process to ensure applications meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in mobile application development and project management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the tech or mobile app industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
  • Basic understanding of mobile application development processes and lifecycle.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
