Job Title: IELTS Instructor – Faisalabad

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field).
  2. CELTA / TEFL / TESOL certification is highly preferred.

Required Skills:

  1. Must have taken the IELTS test and achieved a minimum band score of 7.5 overall, with no band less than 7.
  2. Alternatively, proven experience in teaching IELTS successfully can be considered.

Experience:

  1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching IELTS or English as a Second Language (ESL).
  2. Experience with both Academic and General Training modules is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  1. Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
  2. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  3. Familiarity with latest IELTS test formats and grading criteria.
  4. Ability to design effective lesson plans and practice materials.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular IELTS classes (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
  2. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  3. Prepare students for real IELTS test conditions.
  4. Maintain student records and track performance.

Personal Attributes:

  1. Punctual, organized, and responsible.
  2. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
