Role: Customer Sales Representative – Cold Calling
Location: On-site, Islamabad
Type: Full-Time | 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PKT)
Role Overview
We're seeking energetic and goal-oriented Customer Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll engage with construction professionals in the U.S. market through high-volume outbound calling, introducing them to our services and generating qualified leads. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident communicators and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 250 cold calls daily to potential clients
- Clearly present and promote Bid Accurate's services
- Answer client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Generate and qualify leads for the closing team
- Accurately maintain records of all interactions using Excel
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of cold calling experience
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
Compensation:
- Salary depends on experience
- Uncapped commissions in USD — top performers can achieve exceptional monthly earnings.
