Sales Executive - Skaikru (Hybrid, Night Shift – US Market)

Location: E-11/2, Islamabad

Shift: US Business Hours (Night Shift - 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM PKT)

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000/month (+ Sales Bonuses)

Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid – 3 Days WFH, 2 Days WFO)

To expand our team, we are looking for a results-driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive for our US-based Medical Billing partner. The ideal candidate should be able to close deals, drive business growth, and thrive in an international sales setting. Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling & closing leads generated by the Lead Gen Team.
  • Generating new leads through Cold Calling.
  • Building relationships with potential clients in the US healthcare industry.
  • Handling negotiations and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling.

This role is critical in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the US Medical Billing market.

Who Should Apply: We are looking for ambitious and motivated sales professionals who:

  • Must have 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Cold Calling (preferably in Medical Billing).
  • Possess excellent English communication & negotiation skills (Fluency is a must).
  • Have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Are goal-oriented, persuasive, and confident in handling objections.
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Have experience with sales tools, lead tracking, and email outreach (preferred but not required).
