Individual Case Management

  1. Act as the first point of contact for individual case management, providing support and guidance to employees and managers.
  2. Manage knowledge-intensive tasks such as individual case management, including illness, involuntary leave, underperformance, and assessment preparation.
  3. Guide employees and managers with self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, and policy interpretation.
  4. Use expert knowledge to provide local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the business or location (e.g., HR systems).
  5. Escalate business-specific queries to the People Advisory Lead.
Project Management
  1. Implement HR policies, projects, and initiatives in your region or location, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Support global and regional projects relevant to enhancing the employee experience across the business.
Change Management
  1. Serve as the HR representative and change agent for the implementation of the new HR model on site.
  2. Focus on continuous improvement of the employee experience.
Position Management / Organization Data
  1. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee data on Horizon.
  2. Collaborate with the Horizon Service team to update relevant employee records as required.
  3. Support the job evaluation process.
Talent Management
  1. Support HR Business Partners with talent review and performance management processes for the non-management population.
