Job Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend systems that power our core platforms.

  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Develop clean, reusable, and testable code using modern JavaScript (React.js, Next.js), Node.js, and Laravel (PHP).

  • Work with RESTful APIs, databases (MySQL, MongoDB), and cloud services (AWS, Firebase).

  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.

  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions.

  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.

  • Proficiency in React.js / Next.js, Node.js, and at least one backend framework (e.g., Laravel, Express).

  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker.

  • Experience in working in agile/scrum environments.

  • Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

  • Good problem-solving skills and a team-first mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mobile frameworks (React Native, Flutter) is a plus.

  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Firebase, or DigitalOcean.

  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, PHPUnit).
