About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Analytics team, supporting the FP&A function. This cross-functional role combines analytical and technical skills with strong business acumen. The ideal candidate will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities through modern data tools and automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the FP&A team to support KPI monitoring, forecasting, financial reporting, and pricing models.
  • Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver data-driven insights for financial decision-making.
  • Build and maintain automated reports and data pipelines using SQL and/or Python.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality through automation.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics stakeholders to ensure data integrity and system alignment.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining financial models for strategic planning and performance analysis.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • +2 years of experience as a financial analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for leveraging data to create business value.
