Available Positions & Salary Ranges (PKR)
Junior Support Agent: PKR 20,000 – 25,000
Intermediate Support Agent: PKR 30,000 – 35,000
Senior IT Support Expert: PKR 45,000 – 55,000
Support Manager: PKR 65,000 – 75,000

Requirements
Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) – mandatory
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic to advanced IT knowledge depending on the position
Good troubleshooting and multitasking abilities
Reliable personal computer and stable internet connection
Availability for flexible hours (due to time zone differences)
