Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faisalabad for a Supervisor GWP. The Supervisor GWP will oversee day-to-day garment manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing workforce productivity, monitoring and implementing safety protocols, and coordinating with different departments to optimize workflow. The Supervisor GWP will also be expected to solve any operational issues that arise and continuously strive for operational improvements and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in garment manufacturing and overseeing production processes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in monitoring and implementing safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational improvements
  • Understanding of sustainability practices in manufacturing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or a related field experience is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Faisalabad
