Location: Tai Roshan Trade Center, Shaheed-e-Millat Road (On-Site)

Position Type: Full-time

Compensation: Base Salary + Attractive Commission Slabs

About Us:

At Rednbed, we're redefining how short-term rentals and guest accommodations operate in the modern world. We're growing rapidly and seeking intelligent, motivated individuals to join our sales team, helping us convert leads into loyal clients, entirely through WhatsApp.

Role:

As a WhatsApp Sales Representative, your role will be straightforward yet impactful, converting incoming leads into paying customers through proactive, engaging chat conversations.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to warm leads provided by the company via WhatsApp
  • Building rapport and addressing client queries quickly and professionally
  • Guiding prospects through our offerings and converting them into bookings
  • Maintaining communication logs and reporting performance
  • Achieving sales targets and earning commissions through successful conversions

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong written communication skills (English & Urdu)
  • Quick typing speed and ability to handle multiple chats at once
  • Experience in sales or customer support is a plus
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working on-site at our office
