Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's transportation and logistics operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and analyze transportation metrics and make improvements as necessary.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
