Looking for an enthusiastic individual who has strong financial knowledge in the software industry who will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our business. Finance and accounting manager will support us by documenting, analyzing, forecasting, and planning of the data and providing important insights. Most importantly, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of reporting. In the end, your analytical skills will allow us to make correct decisions and manage our costs.

Full Time Responsibilities:
  • Assist with all aspects of finance and accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Compile monthly financial statements and prepare the monthly financial package for management.
  • Assist with cash forecasting and monitoring to ensure working capital needs are met.
  • Maintain a chart of accounts.
  • Assist with project budgeting.
  • Prepare grant reporting and filings.
  • Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
  • Explore new avenues to increase the overall turnover profitability of the organization.
  • Prepare feasibilities for new projects and ventures.
  • Review company's External Investment and calculate ROI/ROIC
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Finance/Accounting Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial processes, and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
