Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenAccount Managerto join our IT company, specializing ine-commerce operations on global platformslikeAmazon, eBay, and Etsy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing online stores, handling customer interactions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings acrossAmazon, eBay, Etsy, and other global marketplaces.
  • Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve rankings and conversions.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and dispute resolution to maintain a high seller rating.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and design, to enhance product visibility.
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends, policies, and algorithm changes to ensure compliance.
  • Track inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee order fulfillment.
  • Develop strategies to increase brand presence and expand into new e-commerce markets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing online stores onAmazon, eBay, or Etsy.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Knowledge ofSEO, PPC campaigns, and marketplace algorithmsis a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with international clients and customers.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
