A dynamic and experienced Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead and oversee all technical, engineering, and airport service operations across multiple regions, including the Middle East, Africa, Kinshasa, and South Asia. This leadership role will ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, technical performance and continuous improvements in safety, cost efficiency, and turnaround time, while ensuring infrastructure and technical readiness at all stations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic oversight of technical and engineering operations across multiple international regions.
  2. Ensure full regulatory compliance with global aviation standards (ICAO, EASA, FAA, PCAA).
  3. Oversee technical readiness and infrastructure development across all operational stations.
  4. Lead Safety Management Systems (SMS) in line with international best practices.
  5. Develop technical teams, with a focus on capacity building and performance optimization.
  6. Drive continuous process improvements across all maintenance and engineering functions.
Candidate Profile
  1. Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of the A320 Family, aviation operations and MRO setup, including both Airbus & Boeing maintenance protocols.
  2. Leadership experience managing technical operations across multinational regions.
  3. Excellent understanding of global aviation safety and compliance standards.
  4. Preferred candidates will be from New Zealand, Australia, or Europe (including Hungary and Poland).
