We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist.

Role Overview

In this role, you will:

  • Set and implement best practices across our engineering organization, including defining tooling roadmaps, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
  • Bring experience with Data Platforms, Cloud technologies, and complex regulated environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevOps Leadership
  • Manage and oversee the DevOps team and related projects.
  • Design, build, and maintain a stable and efficient infrastructure across production, QA, and development environments.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve building, packaging, and deployment processes.
  • Implement automated infrastructure capabilities such as backups, security tools, and monitoring.
  • Utilize a consistent DevOps approach to improve all phases of the development lifecycle.
Technical Strategy
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and DevOps teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of products and services.
  • Review requirements from a testability perspective and formulate non-functional testing strategies.
  • Work with Security Specialists or Product Owners to define security testing strategies.
Compliance and Data Controls
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement technical currency in line with published standards and guidelines.
  • Translate work requirements into development activities across teams.
