Tag Choice is Pakistan's leading online marketplace dealing with all types of daily essentials. Tag Choice is looking for a Vendor Manager to manage sellers. The e-Commerce Vendor Manager will onboard new sellers on the e-commerce website for products. You will also be responsible for competitive pricing and overall promotion of a product category to maximize consumer demands.

Your major goal is to ensure that our customers have a great experience finding relevant products that must be in stock, accurately described with competitive prices, and fulfilled by maintaining a relationship with sellers/vendors.

  • Collaborate with sellers/vendors to expand product data.
  • Conduct research on available vendors to determine which offer the best pricing and product quality.
  • Provide training to sellers/vendors on how to use the portal, process their orders, and manage products to increase sales.
  • Contact assigned sellers daily through calls or emails and resolve issues like order-related queries, fulfillment, returns, payments, etc.
  • Determine the positioning of a product category for better visibility.
  • Communicate with marketing teams and sellers to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of assigned product categories.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Implement and manage delivery options.
  • Maintain a continuous focus with the internal team and sellers on driving conversion and revenue.
  • Address queries from vendors. Seller performance includes vendor orders, promotions, and operational performance.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 2 years of e-commerce experience in a retail environment.
  • Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to focus on insights.
  • Proven experience as a vendor manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to meet tight timelines and strict deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
