WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • Technically understand the client requirement, and proposed architecture and lead the team members.
  • Participating in technical discussions with the client's team and providing technical guidance as necessary
  • Leading Estimation exercises with the team.
  • Participating in cross-team initiatives such as component libraries
  • Set up best practices for the team.
  • Delivering high-quality software products that meet stringent quality criteria.
  • Crafting maintainable, scalable, and efficient code.
  • Balancing collaborative work with self-directed initiatives, as required.

Qualifications
  • Possess a passion for product development and emerging technologies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in frontend development
  • Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js.
  • Integration of Web Services Using REST, WebSockets and Server Sent Events.
  • Be familiar with the concepts of source control, Git, GitHub.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD setups, preferably using GitHub Actions.
  • Showcase creativity, enthusiasm, innovation, ambition, and readiness for transformative journey.
  • Value potential over formal qualifications, substantiating your capabilities through experience, GitHub contributions, and technical tests.
  • Command mastery over React and Next.js.
  • Demonstrate expertise in front-end technologies such as TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Have previously worked on or build online rich text editors.
  • Bring at least three years of valuable experience in the table.
  • Possess proficiency in other technologies (such as Node.js, React Native, Java), and a bonus, but not essential.
  • Thrive in agile team environments and contribute with self-initiative.
