Solar Civil Worker

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solar Civil Worker to join our solar installation team. You will be responsible for executing the civil works required for solar energy projects, ensuring timely, safe, and efficient construction of foundations, mounting structures, cable trenches, and other site preparation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site preparation including land leveling, excavation, and compaction.
• Construct and install RCC or steel foundations for solar mounting structures.
• Execute trenching, conduit laying, and backfilling for electrical cables.
• Assist in the installation of mounting structures and alignment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other site personnel.
• Maintain daily logs and reports of work completed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil works, preferably in solar or energy-related projects.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and civil layouts.
• Ability to operate construction machinery (excavator, compactor, etc.) is a plus.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in civil works/construction.
• Experience working on rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.
