The BranPac is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of marketing projects, acting as the central point of communication between our clients and internal teams. A key aspect of this role involves meticulously managing client meeting minutes and ensuring all project tasks are clearly defined, aligned, and progressing according to schedule. Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Initiation: Collaborate with account managers and other stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Client Meeting Management: Attend client meetings, actively participate in discussions, and meticulously record accurate and comprehensive minutes, including action items and assigned responsibilities.
  • Task Alignment & Coordination: Effectively communicate project requirements and tasks to internal teams (e.g., creative, digital, social media). Ensure all team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Project Monitoring & Tracking: Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets. Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop solutions.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely updates.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, status reports, and change requests.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and escalate issues appropriately. Assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Resource Management: Assist in the allocation and management of project resources.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing agency environment.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in recording and managing meeting minutes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly and professionally communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with marketing processes and workflows.
