We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2 years of experience in selling IT solutions or software products/services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales to drive company growth. If you have a passion for technology and a talent for sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions that meet their business needs
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to create effective proposals and sales strategies
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products/services and industry trends
  • Update CRM with sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT solution sales or B2B software sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Solid understanding of technology products, software solutions, or cloud-based services
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and explain them to non-technical clients
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling SaaS, enterprise software, or managed IT services
  • Knowledge of the local IT market and key industry players
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or events, if required
