We're building experiences for each of our core user segments and as part of this role, you will be responsible for the overall platform spanning multiple segments. This is a full-time, remote position reporting into the Director of Product Management, with a potential pathway to owning experiences for a specific segment or product area.

You would be a great fit if you:

  • Are passionate about building a great product and can sweat the details while still being able to ensure that timelines are effectively communicated, and met.
  • Understand the need to ship things in phases and can creatively work with requirements, expectations and stakeholders to ship impactful experiences that deliver value from day one but get incrementally better over time.
  • Have a background in software engineering or a track record of having worked closely with technical teams at software companies.
  • Are cool with uncertainty. As a rapidly growing company, we embrace uncertainty and run with it, trying out things, being customer-obsessed, and making quick decisions.
  • Think strategically and have a track record of managing product roadmaps and other artifacts effectively to build alignment across the organization.
  • Are well-versed with business and growth, particularly in a SaaS context and have between 3-7 years of experience working in both B2B and B2C settings.
  • Think and build in terms of systems that work well together and fail gracefully.
  • Care deeply about the experience and appreciate good design.
  • Can communicate effectively both verbally and orally to share progress, conduct customer research and build cross-functional and executive alignment on product plans.
  • Can bake in scalability from the start instead of propagating tightly coupled rigid structures.
  • Are comfortable with data and analytics and can identify key opportunities to capture meaningful data.
  • Have the audacity to question if we're asking the right questions.
  • Have the humility to admit it when you don't know the answer, and the curiosity and commitment to continue trying until you do.
  • Don't let your ego get in the way of building something great.
  • Have a growth mindset and are consistently learning more.
  • Assume extreme ownership to ensure we're building the right things, the right way.
  • Are kind, compassionate and think human-first.
