The Role

We're looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in React Native and solid MERN stack knowledge. This is a hybrid role: mostly remote, with one day a week in our Peshawar office for team sync and collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native (iOS & Android).
  • Work across the MERN stack to design, develop, and deploy features.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Write clean, reusable, and testable code.
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to architecture, performance, and product direction.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, ).
  • Strong hands-on experience with React Native.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs / GraphQL.
  • Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Must be based in/near Peshawar (hybrid work requires one office day per week).

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AI/ML-driven applications.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
