About the role
This role will primarily involve using historical sales data from SAP and Salesforce to analyse and map sales trends to determine their influence on business.
The incumbent will be required to develop and maintain demand, forecast accuracy, highlight variations between forecast and actual sales for timely action to manage stock shortages/gaps.
Configuring the Salesforce platform to align with business needs. Develop reports and translate the requirements into system configurations, design data models, workflows for enhanced analytics and user experience.
S/he will be required to closely partner with Demand planning, Operations and Sales teams to coordinate the stock's timely issuance and availability at required locations.

About you
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong school education and university degree (equivalent to Master's) from a reputed university; background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis (or related field)will be preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on business analyst / demand planning / forecasting within MNC environment.
  • Capable of independently preparing reports that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
  • Strong English language and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Power BI), SAP and Salesforce
