Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior AR/VR Designer with expertise in Unity to join our team. As a Senior AR/VR Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting immersive and interactive experiences that push the boundaries of augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). Your passion for innovation, creativity, and problem-solving will drive the development of groundbreaking AR/VR solutions that captivate and engage users.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop high-quality AR/VR experiences using Unity, leveraging 3D modeling, animation, and physics to create immersive interactions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to conceptualize and deliver innovative AR/VR solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Unity features, plugins, and best practices to optimize AR/VR experiences for various platforms.
  4. Create and implement 3D assets, UI/UX designs, and interactive elements that meet project requirements and exceed user expectations.
  5. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine AR/VR experiences, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and user engagement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest AR/VR trends, technologies, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
  7. Mentor junior designers and developers, sharing expertise and best practices to foster growth and excellence within the team.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in AR/VR design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  2. Proficiency in Unity, with expertise in C#, 3D modeling, and animation.
  3. Strong understanding of AR/VR principles, including spatial design, user experience, and interaction design.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and find creative solutions.
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  6. Passion for innovation, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of AR/VR technology.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with other AR/VR platforms, such as Unreal Engine or A-Frame.
  2. Knowledge of 3D modeling tools, such as Blender or Maya.
  3. Familiarity with AR/VR hardware, including head-mounted displays (HMDs) and controllers.
  4. Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
