Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Major in Electronics or Telecom) and Telecommunications Engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of networking basics such as TCP, UDP, OSI Model, DNS
  • Working knowledge of VOIP protocols and technologies (SIP, RTP, codecs, etc.)
  • Patience and ability to methodologically evaluate and solve problems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance and capacity of the system using a variety of tools
  • Identify hardware, software, and environmental alerts or malfunctions
  • Determine the cause of the problem.
  • Triage or troubleshoot the occurring problem at L1
  • Accelerate to L2 if the problem is persistent
  • Track and document issues
