As a Junior Marketing Executive at Devsinc, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to foster a vibrant and engaging workplace culture. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute internal engagement strategies to foster employee satisfaction, collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Plan, organize, and execute internal events, including team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
  3. Manage internal communication channels (emails, newsletters, intranet, etc.) to keep employees informed and engaged.
  4. Create engaging content, including videos, posters, and articles, to promote internal campaigns and events.
  5. Coordinate and document internal content shoots for events, team activities, and milestones.
  6. Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics, gathering feedback to improve future initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with HR and other departments to align engagement activities with organizational values and strategies.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for internal events and campaigns, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  9. Stay updated on trends and best practices in employee engagement to introduce innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in internal communications, event planning, or a related role.
  3. Familiarity with internal branding strategies and tools.
