We are looking for a proactive and experienced Amazon Account Manager / Brand Manager to join us. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central operations, product listings, and PPC campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • Plan and execute PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
  • Track and analyse performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, conversion rates, sales trends)
  • Handle product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies
  • Maintain account health and resolve listing or performance issues
  • Collaborate with team members (VA, PPC Executive) for smooth operations
  • Conduct competitor research and identify growth opportunities
  • Communicate progress and reporting to senior management/clients
  • Stay updated with Amazon policy changes and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Amazon Account Management or Brand Management
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
  • Hands-on experience with listing optimization and Amazon PPC
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive (preferred)
  • Good understanding of Amazon SEO and ranking strategies
  • Analytical mindset and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead junior staff
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)
