Job Title: Lead React & React Native Developer

About the Role: We're seeking an experienced and proactive Lead React & React Native Developer to guide our talented engineering team in building robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of React ecosystems, React Native, Firebase integration, and industry best practices. Exceptional leadership skills and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of React and React Native developers, ensuring best practices in development, architecture, and design.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
  • Integrate applications with Firebase for authentication, real-time databases, cloud functions, analytics, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define, refine, and implement requirements and features.
  • Establish coding standards and promote best practices such as code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance and scalability issues.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience with React and React Native.
  • Proven experience leading software development teams.
  • Expertise in integrating and utilizing Firebase services.
  • Experience with Git.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
