Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 per month

About the Role

We are hiring an Appointment Setter to work directly with a US-based founder. In this role, you will connect with decision-makers at businesses in the US, introduce services, and schedule qualified meetings. The role requires excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work during US business hours.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to decision-makers
  • Introduce company services in a professional manner
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the founder
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM system
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for appointments set
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred
  • Ability to work US business hours (night shift Pakistan time)
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (Karachi office + remote)
  • Competitive salary: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 per month based on experience
