We are also hiring a Data Analyst to join our client's growing analytics team in Gulberg, Lahore, where data meets gameplay. If you thrive in analyzing trends, player behaviors, and business performance metrics, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in the dynamic world of mobile gaming.

As a Data Analyst, you will work at the intersection of gaming and data science — delivering actionable insights, driving data-backed strategies, and optimizing player engagement and monetization. Your work will be critical in shaping game design, retention strategies, and growth tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze gameplay data to uncover patterns, player behaviors, and performance indicators

Create dashboards and data visualizations that inform development, marketing, and product teams

Track KPIs such as user retention, LTV, ARPU, churn, and session metrics

Collaborate with game designers and developers to optimize game features based on data

Conduct A/B testing and interpret results for game enhancements and monetization

Present insights in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders and decision-makers

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analytics, preferably within the gaming or mobile tech space

Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data structures and user funnels

Familiarity with gaming KPIs and analytics platforms (e.g., GameAnalytics, Firebase, Unity Analytics)

Excellent communication skills and the ability to transform data into strategic insights
