
Digital Brand Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive the growth and expansion of our brands. You will be responsible for supervising a team of talented professionals, including technical SEO experts, backlinkers, content writers, graphic designers, and web developers.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand positioning, increase brand awareness, and drive brand loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Marketing Planning and Execution: Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve brand growth objectives. Identify target markets, analyze consumer behavior, and stay updated on industry trends to drive effective marketing strategies. Monitor and optimize campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Team Supervision: Manage and lead a team of technical SEO experts, backlinkers, content writers, graphic designers, and web developers. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's success in executing marketing strategies and achieving goals.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content across various marketing channels, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and more. Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and tailored to target audience preferences.
- SEO Optimization: Collaborate closely with technical SEO experts to optimize website structure, meta tags, keywords, and other SEO elements to improve organic search rankings. Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes to drive continuous improvement in search engine visibility.
- Creative Direction: Work closely with graphic designers and creative teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials, including graphics, infographics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including product managers, sales teams, and executives, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Foster strong relationships to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor and report on marketing expenditures, campaign performance, and other relevant metrics to evaluate success and inform future strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on brand strategy and expansion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of professionals.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Solid understanding of branding principles and experience in developing and implementing brand strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing.
