Professional Experience: Minimum 5 Years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of franchises within the region to ensure smooth functioning, compliance, and provide support
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring effective communication
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the regional footprint
  • Onboarding of new franchises and corporate clients
  • Monitor the performance of franchisees against key operational & financial metrics
  • Identify and implement improvements in operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Ensure the implementation of SOPs and compliance
  • Monitor and address operational challenges, implementing swift solutions to minimize disruptions
  • Work closely with field team and internal departments to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies
Terms & Conditions:
  • Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 3 years (extendable if required) and will be on a 6-month probation period.
  • Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  • Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
  • 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
  • Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible.
  • Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.
  • Females, Minority, Transgender, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches, etc. will not be allowed during test/interview.
  • The deadline for submission of application is 02nd February, 2025 and only online applications will be accepted.
