Minus100Degrees is seeking a talented and versatile Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an onsite position based in Islamabad, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Creative Designer, you'll be at the heart of our visual storytelling — designing engaging graphics, editing impactful videos, and creating content using the latest AI tools. Your work will help elevate brands, captivate audiences, and bring bold ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Design eye-catching graphics and social media posts that align with brand guidelines.
Edit videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality, engaging visual content.
Create video content using AI tools such as Kling, AdCreative, UGC AI Content, and more.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and branding teams to deliver creative solutions.
Contribute to branding and web design projects, maintaining consistency across all assets.
Stay updated with design trends and AI-driven content creation tools and techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer/Creative Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience with AI tools for content creation (e.g., Kling, AdCreative.ai, UGC AI tools).
Strong video editing skills and a creative eye for storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A keen sense of design, attention to detail, and a passion for innovation.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
