We are looking for a skilled and fast-working WordPress Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing responsive websites, along with strong technical skills in customization, speed optimization, security, SEO, and bug fixing. You must be able to complete small projects (4–5 pages) within 1 day, with efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop fully responsive WordPress websites (typically 4–5 pages per project)
  • Customize themes and plugins as per client requirements
  • Perform speed optimization and ensure fast-loading websites
  • Implement basic on-page SEO best practices
  • Apply security measures to keep websites protected
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs and issues
  • Perform thorough debugging to ensure clean and error-free code
  • Install and configure essential plugins and tools
  • Collaborate with the team on revisions and improvements
  • Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with WordPress
  • Ability to deliver 1 small project (4–5 pages) in a single day
  • Strong experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of website speed optimization techniques
  • Understanding of basic website security practices
  • Familiarity with on-page SEO tools and strategies
  • Experience with bug fixing, debugging, and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Basic graphic editing knowledge is a plus
Salary Range:
  • 30k to 50K
