Site Electrical Lead

Job Purpose

To supervise the electrical maintenance activities which include smooth operations w.r.t to Site Electrical system, employee relations, training and development and other relevant work. This requires close inter and intra communication with all sites relevant stakeholders for smooth and efficient execution of the required role.

Education, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's in engineering / DAE / B.Tech – electrical is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong technical acumen, reasoning, logic, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to establish effective relationships at all organizational levels, with strong teamwork capabilities to interact across all functions and levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Electrical activities – planned preventive maintenance, corrective / breakdown requests, quality of work and staff safety – are undertaken in a manner consistent with GSK policies and procedures.
• To ensure all electrical setup (HT Panels, LT Panels, Transformers, Distribution Boards, UPSs and Inverters) are working smoothly with proper maintenance.
• Ensure that Adherence of PM checklist as per plan.
• Ensure that all electrical inventory in stores must be updated.
• Ensure compliance with Global GSK policies and procedures comprising of GMP, ETCM, TPs, BCP, EHS, GQP and QMS policies.
• Planning the activities related to the maintaining and repairing of Physical systems of electrical equipment.
• Ensure that TP-13 requirements are fulfilled in the area concerned and all the ES Gap Analysis must be completed timely.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and provide engineering input Support services.
• Monitor Engineering related Risks Assessment procedures as well as Self Inspections.
• Be a role model on Leadership essential behaviors
