Overview:

We are seeking applications for the position of "Country IT & BPO Manager" who will be responsible to lead IT operations & business process quality & improvement at the country level, lead the implementation of functional strategy to provide the highest quality of IT processes and also identify new and alternative approaches to improve effectiveness and efficiency of business processes services in line with overall country's business strategy and objectives, and Group guidelines and policies.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead preparation and execution of IT operations and draft plan, and strategies for business process improvement.
  • Direct evaluation and development of IT operations processes to ensure computer operations activities meet pre-established production targets and operating budgets for the country.
  • Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future information needs at the country level.
  • Lead development of and control plans, cost estimates and schedules for integrating emerging functional needs into existing operations.
  • Consult and guide to resolve complex technical issues of infrastructure, design, methods, tools etc. to develop and maintain a robust, high quality and standards-compliant business applications software environment.
  • Steer high impact portfolio of projects and programs and ensure coordination and alignment of different project streams within the division.
  • Spearhead a major project at the country level with novel and often changing business, along with multiple challenges in the form of environmental/ geographical/ cultural and/ or management and leadership related.
  • Conduct regular service reviews with all interested parties to monitor business satisfaction.
  • Develop knowledge of technical specialists and relevant current developments to identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness within the organization and partners.
  • Benchmark, develop and introduce world-class business process quality & improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Introduce and embed best in class IT operations and production control operations and practices at the country level.
  • Deliver innovation that affects the way the country is operating, making money or managing people.
  • Evaluate equipment needs to meet business requirements and plan for future use and deployment.

Experience:

More than 08 years of experience in related field.
