This individual will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-quality content tailored to our target audience, which includes startups, founders, CTOs, and decision-makers in the US tech sector. The role involves crafting engaging copy for LinkedIn DMs, email campaigns, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X), as well as ghostwriting and persona-based content to enhance our brand's online presence and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:
  1. Develop and edit high-quality content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X, tailored to the US tech market.
  2. Craft personalized LinkedIn DMs targeting founders, CTOs, and decision-makers.
  3. Write persuasive and impactful email marketing campaigns.
  4. Ghostwrite articles and posts reflecting the company's voice and expertise.
  5. Conduct research to understand the target audience's preferences and pain points.
  6. Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to craft compelling content.
  7. Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals.
Social Media Management:
  1. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  2. Create engaging, platform-specific posts to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Performance Optimization:
  1. Track and analyze content performance using data insights to improve results.
  2. Experiment with various content formats and styles for better engagement.
  3. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  4. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to align content with company goals.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong command of English with an emphasis on clarity, persuasion, and adapting tone to suit target personas.
  2. Tech Industry Familiarity: Understanding of the tech resource augmentation model and US market trends.
  3. Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in creating content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X, with knowledge of platform-specific algorithms.
  4. Email Marketing Expertise: Ability to create effective email copy.
