Merchandiser

We are seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to manage the visual presentation and product availability in our retail stores in Khanpur. The role aims to enhance sales through attractive shopping experiences. This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1400 per month and accommodation.

1. Plan and implement visual displays and merchandising strategies to attract customers
2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability on the sales floor
3. Collaborate with the buying team to select new products and create seasonal displays
4. Train store staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledge
5. Analyze sales data to evaluate merchandising effectiveness
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including back stock areas

• Biometric passport
• No prior experience required; training provided
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in visual displays
• Excellent communication skills for staff training
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Previous retail or merchandising experience
• Knowledge of current fashion trends
• Fluency in the local language
