About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Flutter Developer to join our team at SoftAims. This role requires expertise in Flutter development for mobile applications (Android & iOS) as well as backend development . You will be responsible for building seamless, high-performance applications, integrating with backend services, and ensuring an optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart .
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient backend solutions using [Node.js/Python/Django/Firebase/other relevant stack].
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services seamlessly into the mobile app.
  • Optimize app performance to ensure smooth functionality across various devices.
  • Implement state management techniques (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.) to enhance maintainability.
  • Ensure data security & best practices in app development.
  • Collaborate with designers & product teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality mobile experiences.
  • Debug & troubleshoot issues in both frontend and backend components.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment processes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Flutter development with strong knowledge of Dart .
  • Proven experience in building and deploying cross-platform mobile apps.
  • Solid understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Firebase, Node.js, Django, or others).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL , and third-party integrations.
  • Proficient in state management techniques (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, Redux).
  • Strong knowledge of Git version control and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines .
  • Understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently & collaborate within a team environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Cloud Functions).
  • Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Firebase).
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes , or other deployment tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
