Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistant Required - Product Hunter And Sourcing Specialist - REMOTE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Product Hunter. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, sourcing, and identifying profitable products to sell on the Amazon Germany Marketplace. Your main objective will be to find high-demand products that align with our business goals and have the potential for significant sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trending products, analyze competition, and determine potential profitability on Amazon.
  • Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify reliable and cost-effective suppliers for the selected products and establish relationships to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including pricing strategies, product features, and customer reviews, to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Market Trends and Insights: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, consumer preferences, and Amazon policies to identify new product opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality standards are met by monitoring customer reviews, addressing product issues, and coordinating with suppliers and fulfillment centers as needed.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role, with a strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to identify profitable product opportunities and evaluate market trends.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, product listing optimization, keyword research, and other relevant Amazon tools and services.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software to analyze and manipulate data.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A passion for e-commerce and a drive to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
