Requirements:
  1. Strong Haskell skills
  2. Strong software engineering and architecture skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  4. Basic knowledge of security, concurrency, backend systems, system scaling, and databases
  5. Version control (git)
  6. Strong verbal skills in English
  7. Experience with blockchain, smart contracts, and/or compilers is a bonus
