About Your Role

To perform quality inspections ensuring shipped products meet LWR quality standards and are delivered on time.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Ensuring all factory QC staff are trained and qualified for LWR product inspections.
  • Providing quality guidelines and technical advice to QA and factory QC teams.
  • Monitoring production closely and offering technical support to meet quality specifications and prevent claims.
  • Troubleshooting production issues.
  • Conducting statistical audits.
  • Completing inspection reports at each production stage.
  • Gathering accurate information from merchandisers.
  • Ensuring vendors adhere to LWR's Code of Conduct and regulations.
  • Communicating proactively with QA and Merchandising teams about progress and issues.
  • Fostering good relationships with factories to facilitate problem solving.
What We Will Be Looking For In You
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to follow SOPs.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Effective communication skills with internal teams and vendors.
  • Positive, proactive attitude.

Experience: 5 years

Language proficiency: Fluent in English and local language, both oral and written.

Qualifications

Graduate from a reputable university.

Specific Working Conditions
  • Travel: Approximately 80%.
  • External communication: Approximately 80%.
