Positions: School Principal - Nawabshah, Qazi Ahmed, Baandhi, Moro, Daur

The School Principal is responsible for promoting high standards of evidence-based learning and teaching, monitoring school progress, recruiting and developing teachers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, respect, and collaboration, and ensuring the overall growth and success of the school community.

Academic Responsibilities:

• Recruit quality teachers and ensure the implementation of the Teacher Selection process.
• Develop and implement a school improvement plan based on needs analysis.
• Monitor classroom quality through observations and lesson plan reviews.
• Enhance teacher quality via demo sessions and feedback.
• Oversee student performance assessments and examinations.
• Manage co-curricular activities, resources, and support for weak students.
• Conduct teacher training sessions and promote professional development.
• Ensure timely and transparent conduct of assessments.
• Build team spirit and focus on teacher retention.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with the community and promote awareness about education.
• Maintain student enrollment through effective outreach and enrollment strategies.
• Coordinate staff hiring, performance management, and HR matters with relevant teams.
• Maintain discipline, promote positive character, and manage staff attendance and leaves.
• Supervise administrative staff and manage school accounts and infrastructure.
• Ensure timely utility services and compliance with policies.
• Prepare and submit required reports and documents.

Leadership, perseverance, effective communication, relationship-building, and a passion for positive change.

Minimum of graduation; B.Ed and M.Ed preferred.

At least 2 years of teaching experience and 6 months of administrative experience, especially for secondary school principals.
