Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Texture Artist / Digital Print Specialist to join our Creative Design and Development Team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong artistic sense, technical proficiency in digital printing processes, and a passion for textile innovation. You will be responsible for creating high-quality digital textures, developing custom prints for denim and fabric surfaces, and supporting new product development aligned with our brand's creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop realistic and stylized textures, patterns, and surface designs for denim and other textiles.
  • Create, edit, and optimize digital prints for sample development and production runs.
  • Collaborate closely with design, R&D, and marketing teams to translate creative concepts into market-ready products.
  • Work with digital printing machinery and software to ensure print quality, color accuracy, and consistency.
  • Research global trends in fashion, textiles, and printing techniques to drive innovation.
  • Maintain and update a digital library of textures and print assets.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to digital printing processes and work with production teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with sustainability standards and eco-friendly printing practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in digital textile printing, texture creation, or a similar role (experience in denim is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other texture creation and editing tools.
  • Knowledge of digital textile printing technologies and equipment.
  • Strong sense of color, composition, and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation in textiles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with 3D rendering tools like Clo3D, Browzwear, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with color management systems and RIP software for digital printing.
  • Background in denim garment finishing and fabric treatments.
