Job Title: Oracle SCM Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Consultant to configure and implement Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules, deliver tailored solutions, and optimize supply chain and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, etc.).
  • Map business requirements to Oracle capabilities and deliver solutions.
  • Conduct workshops to gather requirements and recommend process improvements.
  • Perform system setups, configurations, and updates.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on custom development and integrations.
  • Support data migration and validate results.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including UAT.
  • Provide end-user training and create documentation.
  • Resolve issues, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in Oracle SCM and Manufacturing implementation.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Certifications: Oracle SCM Cloud certifications (preferred).
  • Industry Exposure: Manufacturing, retail, or logistics (advantageous).
  • Preference will be given to those who can join within 15-20 days.
