Our client is seeking an ECO cum ECMO to join their teamWhat you'll be doing?

Safety Management: Administer and implement an effective Safety and Health Management System in accordance with prevailing legislation and prepare for third-party external safety audits.

Compliance Oversight: Ensure all ordinances and orders related to occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations are adhered to in compliance with local laws.

Training and Development: Prepare and conduct Environmental, Health, and Safety training for all employees as identified in risk assessments and safe work procedures.

Performance Monitoring: Measure and monitor WSH performance of the project and discuss findings in WHS committee meetings to drive continuous improvement.

Earth Control Measures: Implement and supervise effective Earth Control Measures (ECM) plans, including erosion and sediment control, according to Qualified Erosion Control Professional (QECP) designs.

Collaboration: Assist the QECP in monitoring the effectiveness of ECM throughout various stages of construction and obtain necessary clearances from relevant authorities.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: Specialist Diploma in WSH and/or Bachelor's Degree in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH)-related field, along with a certificate in ECO.

Professional Registration: Must be registered with NEA and IES, demonstrating your commitment to industry standards and regulations.

Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of work experience relevant to ECO cum ECMO duties in LTA Projects, showcasing your practical knowledge and skills in the field.
