Job Title: Social Media & E-commerce Content Executive

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Social Media & E-commerce Content Executive to manage our social media presence and product content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in women's fashion or lifestyle brands and possess strong experience in content creation, social media engagement, and e-commerce product management.

This role requires proficiency with Canva, Meta advertising tools, and familiarity with WordPress and Shopify platforms. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to maintain consistent brand messaging, drive online engagement, and ensure accurate product representation across sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Engagement

Manage daily operations of all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via inbox, comments, and DMs

Maintain high engagement rates and foster community growth

Content Development & Scheduling

Create visually appealing and brand-aligned graphics, stories, and reels using Canva and similar tools

Draft and schedule content calendars across platforms using Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools

Ensure timely and strategic content delivery to support campaigns and product launches

E-commerce Content & Product Uploads

Upload and manage product listings on Shopify and WordPress with attention to detail in descriptions, images, SEO, and categorization

Ensure consistency in product information and visual presentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field

1–3 years of relevant experience in social media and/or e-commerce content roles (fashion industry preferred)

Proficient in Canva, Instagram Reels, Meta Ads Manager, and content scheduling tools

Working knowledge of Shopify and WordPress platforms

Excellent written communication skills and aesthetic sensibility aligned with women's fashion

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Experience with influencer collaboration or affiliate marketing

Basic understanding of SEO and image optimization

Interest in fashion trends and consumer behavior in the apparel sector
