Responsibilities:

  • Manage software developers through the coding process.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to determine software requirements.

  • Assess systems architecture and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.
  • Write software requirement specification (SRS) documents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with coding or design.
  • Resolve technical problems as they arise.
  • Ensure adherence to development schedules and deadlines.
  • Present regular progress reports and set goals.
  • Develop application architecture that supports requirements for system performance, scalability, security, extensibility, and manageability.
  • Present and defend architectural, design, and technical choices to internal and external audiences.
  • Build high quality, maintainable features and systems.
  • Mentor the team in good software practices.
  • Create and maintain design and code standards.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the software architecture domain, staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
  • Use a proactive approach to common challenges by continually researching best practices in coding.
  • Approve final products before launch.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 7 to 9 years' experience as a software architect.
  • In-depth understanding of C#, OOP, and other related technologies.
  • Excellent hands-on experience with frameworks related to Node.js (such as Express, Nest.js) and .NET (such as ASP.NET MVC) and Entity Framework.
  • Strong command of SQL Complex Queries, databases, MS Report Builder, and Crystal reporting.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to supervise and guide development teams.
  • Sharp written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent technical and logistical thinking skills.
